Welcome to CartPal! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, member portal, and related services (the “Services”). By using CartPal, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

CartPal delivers weekly meal plans, grocery lists, and related content built from local grocery store deals. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using CartPal, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

‍3. Subscriptions & Payments

‍• Subscriptions are billed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider.
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly, depending on your plan).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Affiliate Links

Some grocery items may include affiliate links. If you click a link or complete a purchase, CartPal may earn a commission. This does not affect your price.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not attempt to copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.
• Provide accurate information when creating an account or making a payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CartPal (meal plans, text, graphics, branding, and design) is the property of CartPal and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use our materials without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CartPal provides meal plans and related content “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
• That the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• That all prices, deals, or affiliate offers will remain accurate or available.
• Any specific health, dietary, or financial outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

‍To the fullest extent permitted by law, CartPal and its affiliates are not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Losses related to grocery purchases, cooking results, or reliance on our meal plans.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using our Services at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you (for example, by email or through the portal). Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
